It's spreading like the latest computer virus... Digital Disruption is not new to what's trending, however the new strains I'm seeing are!

I've noticed, while scrolling through LinkedIn, the phrase is appearing in job titles for those outside the digital realm. When scanning CV's, it's listed as a skill and attribute on offer. Today, it was a key responsibility in an individual's role. 

Disruption should be in a business and, if you are confident enough to disrupt, then you are serving a great purpose. However does this mean this is how we need to identify ourselves? Is it something we should be associated with, and therefore should it be added to our profiles? Or maybe this should be part of being an invested employee in the company?
